Nutrition & food safety workshop in Hebron, Nablus and Jerusalem

A series of three “Nutrition & food safety” workshops took place in Beit Ummar (Hebron), Nassarya (Nablus) and Beit Duku (Jerusalem), Palestine, respectively on 24th April, 3rd to 4th September and 11th to 12th September 2019. Using Participatory Action Research to analyze gender dynamics in the Dairy Value Chain in El Fayoum Governorate.

Participatory action research (PAR) is a methodology that allows the beneficiaries of a project, along with other key stakeholders, to carry out a research by and on themselves.
